Molecular Diagnostic Facility, Berrimah Farm, NT
This world-class molecular diagnostic facility delivers bio-safety for Australia’s Northern borders. This represents the first stage of a $40M Berrimah Farm Science Precinct project for NT Government, under a joint-venture between the Department of Primary Industry and Resources (DPIR) and the Australian Government to create a purpose-built Quarantine Containment Level 3 (QC3) facility.
This unique project demanded the combined talents of Mode Design Corp as well as arkLAB ARCHITECTURE, with Mode operating as Architect / Principal Consultant and arkLAB as laboratory architecture specialists, to achieve this extraordinary result.
